Piotr Cielebiaś is reporter and author who, after witnessing a UFO as a child, has spent all of his life investigating and transcribing reports of supernatural phenomena in Poland. He became well known to the public after the publication of his UFO research articles in ‘The Unknown World’ and also in his book ‘The Land of Strangeness’, from which we will quote one of his incredible stories.

Their assignment had been to quiet down a forceful alcoholic in one of the towns lost among forested farmlands.

At the point when their activity was done, they started to go back to their station positioned a dozen kilometers away. It was around 4 am when their Kia Ceed was serenely running solitary route.

Out of the blue, they saw some splendid lights out yonder that drifted over the close-by woodland.

This introduction may sound dull however, whatever is left of the story is considerably more unprecedented… and confounded.

At first, they took it for mobile tower, yet the glowing item was clearly moving toward their auto.

Before long it positioned over a section of trees situated about a kilometer from the street and Orange-yellow light started morphing and shifting colors.

‘Something is in the air’, said one of the officers, just a moment before they see the light hovering upon them.

He said:  “When the object appeared in the horizon, we decided to stop and go out of the car to examine it. From the distance it looked like a ball and then changed shape into crescent-like.”

“It was moving soundlessly”, one of the officers recalled, “with no noise that should be generated by engine or rotor of the flying machine.”

“At some point the object began ejecting something resembling ‘balls of light’.”

“Some were disappearing in their way down to the ground, other were returning to the UFO.”

“Suddenly from the below of the craft there emanated a ‘flash’ resembling that of a stroboscope.”

As per the officer, it was conceivable to recognize the state of the craft structure.

Be that as it may, murkiness, peculiar emotions, and appearance of colorful object constrained the observers to drive off the scene.

Surprisingly, in short time the UFO started to move in parallel with their auto, remaining in the steady separation of about a kilometer.

In spite of solid concerns and unnatural dread, the officer halted the auto in the following town attempting to record the object with his cell phone camera.

He said: “The UFO was in shape of a disc, with a kind of small ‘dome’ on the top.”

“It was emitting blinding, yellow light (occasionally turning orange). At the bottom, three smaller white-bluish ‘balls’ could be seen.”

“In my opinion they were ‘engines’ but there were no sounds at all.”

The short video was taken at 4.32 am and was the main confirmation of the incident.

The officer said: “The situation was totally unexpected and we weren’t prepared for UFO encounter. I wish I could go closer to that object. It is clear to me now, when all the emotions ceased.”

The UFO video recording was made public however in muted form because of witnesses demand.

In the first material, it is conceivable to hear energized voiced of the two officers remarking the “UFO” appearance.

They likewise endeavored to open the auto window to check whether the UFO produces any perceptible sounds yet in the background just puppy yelping could be heard out yonder.

He said: “After short discussion with my partner we decided to stay calm.”

“Too many units could hear our report so everyone can imagine the consequences.”

“People are rather skeptical and we don’t want more problems”

It happens to be furthermore intriguing that amid three stops whenever the witnesses decided to monitor the object nearer, the UFO appeared to pull back further in the fields.

As he recalled the UFO drifted around 60 meters over the ground but yet the correct size was difficult to evaluate.

It was said to be no less than dozen of meters long however it was elusive any reference points.

In the entire undertaking, there is another mystery. The witness expressed that they watched the UFO for around an hour and a half however it appeared to be too long contrasting and the time essential for them to pass the separation to their home station.

The police officers lost UFO from seeing when the disc pulled back, went into the close-by fields and after that vanished into the sky.

When they decided to report their story, their commander burst in to laugh as he heard their unbelievable story.

In Poland, reporting UFO it’s not part of official procedure concerning unexplained phenomena with no natural cause.

As a consequence, police reports of this kind are very rear, yet following the publicity of encounters some of the police officers came forward.

One of them said: “At about 2 am, over Sarnowice, I saw a row of about 15 red lights.”

“Along with my partner I decided to hide our car in darker spot so the object could not to see us.”

“But then some of the lights went off and other ones change their positions and began to move away in various directions.”

Another one came forth with similar story: “It was June or July 1997. From the duty officer we got a call that some drunken man was sticking people with an axe in a village in Opole area.It was an emergency, so we rushed with the siren going.”

“Just before we arrived my partner had to answer a call of nature so I stopped the car on the side of the road.”

“I also got out straightening my neck.”

“Suddenly I saw those UFO’s and in the same moment my colleague screamed: ‘UFO!” I saw two bright orbs flying in the air 300 meters away from the car.”

“They weren’t discotheque lights or lanterns. They were flying with high speed, stopping, accelerating and making sharp turns.”

“We stood there in awe. I was glad I wasn’t there alone. During the sighting one of the orbs neared us and stayed dozen of meters away.”

“The other one remained over the field and then – as if answering a command – both of them departed in just a second. I know that they were intelligent.”

Another former officer of Polish state police recalls : “It was winter 1978 but the exact date got lost in my mind.”

“It was about 2 am and I was patrolling area between Ornontowice and Chudów checking if the stores were properly shut down.”

“I was on my way from Ornontowice to Chudów.”

“The night was beautiful, with no clouds in the sky. Temperature was below freezing and I was standing on the roadside when my attention was drawn to my dog’s strange behavior. Automatically I looked up hearing also some unfamiliar sound.”

The officer reported that he saw a black, oblong UFO with some “windows”. He also got feeling that someone is staring at him.

He added: “It wasn’t a plane. It looked like a hull of Antonov An-22 but without wings.”

“There were no sounds at all, despite slight ‘whirring’. Then I saw it against the sky background, from different perspective.”

“Afraid that it could be a damaged plane that is going to crash, I rushed to local bakery to phone to the duty officer from Gierałtowice.”

“But he also scoffed me saying that I must be drunk.”
