Afterlife and the Proof of It!
The human’s soul can leave the body and exist independently, according to a man who claims to have travelled through other dimensions since he was five. For the past years many scientits were involved in studying the possibility of life after death and the maintainence of consciousness after death.
Canadian Todd Acamesis, 47, claims he has been having “out of body experiences” (OBEs) for 42 years, since a near death experience at the age of five.
An OBE is the feeling that you have like floating outside or above your body. Some experiencers even claim to have seen their own body externally while experiencing an OBE. This feeling is said to be also achieved through meditation.
The phenomenon was discussed at the 27th annual Glastonbury Symposium, an annual conference dedicated to the paranormal, conspiracy theories, alternative thought, and new age philosophies. It was held in the Somerset town, where various researchers and authors attended and discussed this kind of mystery.
Mr Acamesis told the symposium he now teaches out of body exploration to those who wish to experience the phenomenon.
Acamesis believes that you have to be clear about what you want to do, just like about anything in life. He also believes in a form of OBE called Astral Projection, a willfull separation of the “soul” or “astral body” from the physical body, which is capable of traveling through the universe.
There is, of course, no scientific evidence to prove the existence of a soul or consciousness that is separate to brain activity experienced in a living human body, or one that can leave a living body or live on after death.
Claims of astral projection remain in the paranormal and pseudoscientific arenas. Mr. Acamesis explains that you have to know the purpose of doing it and the ritual aspect, astral projection, and according to him we are dealing with metaphors and what explains existence.
He added that he was no lonegr looking at physical reality and there is so much more out of the bod,namely the consciousness. We all belong to this reality,but we are not only our physical body.
Mr Acamesis said he had experienced events such as leaving his body, looking back and viewing it, and other times, leaving the body and looking back on an empty sofa, as if his body was gone. He said he had explored buildings through “remote viewing” and things that should have been here were not, and in some case items that should not have been there had appeared.He also claimed to have the experience of walking through walls, and that everything is possibile since we live a multi-dimensional reality.
He even said that our “non physical minds” were all interconnected together through a human consciousness and that all minds are joined, interconnected on a level.
Some scientists,though claim that reincarnation exists and that consciousness is present in the universe after death, refering to the possibility of the coexistence of other dimensions together with ours.
Experts have agreed that the soul does not die and that it returns to the universe. Scientists believe that the human brain is in fact a ‘biological computer’ and the ‘consciousness of humans’ is actually a program run by the computer located inside the brain that continues to exist after death.
